cohort programs to work on their businesses with peers.

For Aspiring Women Entrepreneurs: 4-weeks to give you just the information need and get you started and growing a new business.

For Women Solopreneurs (No Employees): 7-weeks to become more efficient and profitable as a one-woman show.

For Established Women Business Owners (With 1 or More Employees): 9-weeks to organize and strengthen your operations and financial management

Purpose:
WBCUtah’s Next Step program is a 9-week, project-based cohort program, designed to help women business owners organize and strengthen their business operations and financial control. The program features a peer group with deep dive lessons, guest experts, small mastermind groups, implementable projects. Through a learning and action-oriented environment, participants learn critical principles, fine-tune management skills, apply best practices, create and utilize valuable company documents and implement internal processes that can enhance the long-term sustainability and resiliency of their business.

Weekly Programming:
3-hour virtual lesson Join a peer-learning environment with a presentation led by instructors utilizing an engaging slide deck, short video presentations, open discussion, group exercises, breakout sessions, dynamic guest experts and Q&A.
1-hour mastermind: Join a small group of cohort members, led by a mentor, to share, support and be accountability partners to one another.
Project Assignments: Work on valuable projects, starting in class with templates, that are critical to success and immediately implementable in your business.
Time Commitment: 59+ hours total (7 hours weekly)

Eligibility:

Owner of a registered & licensed Utah business
Business is generating consistent revenue
Have at least 1 employee (besides the ownership)
