Business Women’s Forum: Prioritizing Your Well-Being: Why, What and How
Working women can face significant challenges in achieving work-life balance. The pandemic and working from home have blurred the boundaries between everyone’s personal and professional lives to an even greater extent. Oftentimes when stress and expectations increase the first thing to go is personal wellness behaviors — regular physical activity, healthy meals, adequate sleep, and social connectedness. Yet we can hardly be at our best at work, or with our family and friends, if we are not intentional about healthy lifestyle behaviors! This presentation will focus on “why” it is important for you to prioritize healthy lifestyle behaviors, “what” those high yield behaviors are, and provide some strategies about “how” you can integrate them into your daily lives.
