From our office in Cedar City to the furthest reaches of Moab and Blanding, the Women’s Business Center of Utah’s Southern Office serves business owners across the Southern half of the state. We offer free one-on-one business advising, free group trainings, and 24/7 access to webinars to help you grow as a business owner.

Sarah Barstow
Sarah Barstow moved to Moab in 1997, and fell head over heals in love with the desert. In 2003, she opened up her own boutique, and spent nearly 2 decades learning and living the ins and outs of a successful business ownership (while also raising 2 boys, and writing 2 humorous kids books – which are really for parents & the daily challenges they encounter). She knows how amazing it feels to turn a dream into reality, and wants to share that feeling with you!
Debbie Drake
As a creative academic, Debbie is constantly on the search for new and bettter ways to expand her education – in order to turn around and share her newly acquired skills with others. She has explored a variety of careers from home designer and general contractor, to artist, instructor, and instructional designer in higher education – always looking for ways to help others to find success in their own pursuits. For the last few years her creative energy, along with an amazing team of women, has been focused on building the new Women’s Business Center in Southern Utah that helps women start and grow their businesses in rural Utah.
