Are you having difficulty recruiting or retaining employees? Struggling with brand identity? Do you have poor financial control of your business or lack of profit? The Next Step program is for you.
WBCUtah’s Next Step program is an 8-week, project-based cohort program, to help women business owners organize their business operations, including strengthening their value proposition to customers and employees, as well as how they generate revenue and control finances. Next Step combines group in-person deep dive training sessions led by WBCUtah team members with guest subject matter experts, with Zoom video group debriefs, online training course prep work, homework projects and an individual mentor for support throughout the entire program. Next Step program creates a peer-based experience in a learning and action-oriented environment where participants will create valuable company documents and implement internal processes for long-term sustainability of their businesses.
Application and Selection Process
Complete and submit Next Step Program Application by March 15, 2020.
If invited, participate in a scheduled in-person interview (March 23 – April 10, 2020).
If selected (April 15, 2020), complete and sign a participation agreement (commitment of attendance and participation, media/photo release/waiver and post surveys responses) Due April 22, 2020.
Be prepared to start on Thursday, May 7, 2020.
