Jen Parsons-Soran is a Certified Fund Raising Executive and nonprofit consultant dedicated to helping organizations thrive. As the founder of Nonprofit Development Partners, she has guided over 50 nonprofits in fundraising, strategic planning, and program development. Passionate about community impact, she serves on multiple boards, including the Women’s Business Center of Utah. Jen holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah and enjoys puzzles, Legos, and fairy tales when not managing the joyful chaos of family life.

Heidi Walker, as Salt Lake Chamber COO, oversees a multi-million dollar operations budget and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and strategic planning for Utah’s largest and longest standing business association while maintaining the Salt Lake Chamber’s 5-Star Accreditation designation. Heidi enjoys traveling with her family and is also a proud Italophile and loves to celebrate the culture, food and gracious living of Italy.

Katalin Henderson is a Commercial Banker with JPMorgan Chase’s Middle Market Banking team. She works with midsize Utah companies to provide tailored banking and financial solutions from day-to-day operational products to strategic advisement.
Although starting her college career as a vocal performance major, Katalin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. She is passionate about operational efficiency, gender equality, and financial literacy. She is an avid reader and is happiest spending time in the sunshine with her husband, new baby, and dog.

Ann Marie Wallace is a passionate leader dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs. As State Director of the Women’s Business Center of Utah, she has expanded statewide services, tripled staff, and launched impactful programs like the Utah Women-Owned Business Directory. Her leadership has earned multiple SBA Women’s Business Center of Excellence awards. Ann Marie serves on several economic development boards and is the founder of Jazz Night at Elite Hall. She holds a marketing degree from Utah State University and a Goldman Sachs entrepreneurship certificate.

Pete Codella serves as the managing director of business services at the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO), where he leads a team of 30 professionals across seven key initiatives. These include the APEX Accelerator, Startup State Initiative, UPSTART, Utah Center for Global Talent, Utah Innovation Center, Utah Office of Regulatory Relief, and the Utah Small Business Credit Initiative. With a focus on fostering economic growth and opportunity, Codella leverages his extensive background in entrepreneurship, public relations, advertising, and higher education.
