  • Heidi Walker, as Salt Lake Chamber COO, oversees a multi-million dollar operations budget and is responsible for the day-to-day administration and strategic planning for Utah’s largest and longest standing business association while maintaining the Salt Lake Chamber’s 5-Star Accreditation designation. Heidi enjoys traveling with her family and is also a proud Italophile and loves to celebrate the culture, food and gracious living of Italy.

  • Ann Marie grew up on a dairy farm in northern Utah. Her cow milking days ended when she started attending Snow College and later transferred to USU where she graduated in marketing. After working in hotel management she became a WBCUtah Client, launched her own small business, and was later hired to mentor other women. Now she oversees the center which helped her become an entrepreneur.

Marla Trollan

  • Marla Trollan serves as SBA’s District Director for the Utah District Office in November 2017, responsible for directing the expansion and delivery of SBA’s various loan and business training services throughout the State of Utah. Marla has an extensive background in communications, outreach and partnerships, serving in various senior-level positions. She lives in Mountain Green, Utah, and enjoys spending time outdoors recreating with her husband, son and daughter.

  • Kathy Luke's Kathy is the VP of Oversight and Virtual Banking with Lending Club Bank NA responsible for leading first line operational oversight programs with a lens on control and compliance and Virtual Bank servicing teams delivering extraordinary customer care. She has 20+ years in the banking/credit card industry with a diverse and wide range of leadership roles. Kathy holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is passionate about service and the community.

  • Katalin Henderson is a Commercial Banker with JPMorgan Chase’s Middle Market Banking team. She works with midsize Utah companies to provide tailored banking and financial solutions from day-to-day operational products to strategic advisement.

    Although starting her college career as a vocal performance major, Katalin graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University. She is passionate about operational efficiency, gender equality, and financial literacy. She is an avid reader and is happiest spending time in the sunshine with her husband, new baby, and dog.

  • Pete Codella is the managing director of business services in the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO). He oversees about 25 state workers on five teams, including APEX Accelerator, Startup State Initiative, Utah Center for Immigration and Integration, Utah Innovation Center, and the Utah Small Business Credit Initiative.

    Codella has a bachelor's degree in communications from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah. He's an experienced entrepreneur, public relations and advertising agency manager, and has worked in multiple college and university environments.
